The Eastern Conference-leading Pistons won for the sixth time in seven games despite playing without centers Isaiah Stewart and Jalen Duren. Duncan Robinson scored 13 points and Tobias Harris added 12 points and 11 rebounds as the Pistons improved to 18-7 on the road.
